Servant Team

Our servant leadership team is dedicated to serving MCF and the needs of all those involved. Although the members of the teams may change every semester, the mission never does. Our leaders help set up on Sundays, organize events, lead growth groups, and serve in many other ways. Meet some of our team:

Ian

I just graduated UMD in May ’22 and I serve as a coach in MCFstudents. I was an Architecture and Spanish double major, so I didn’t sleep very much. In my free time, I love to play basketball, listen to music, and eat oranges. If you have any questions about MCF or anything, feel free to send me a message through Terplink!

Becca

I have been part of MCF since I transferred to UMD in 2015 (shout out to any transfer students – I’m here for you!), and have been on the leadership team for a little over 4 years. I graduated in 2018 with a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and have continued to serve as a leader after graduation. My primary leadership roles have been leading worship on Sunday mornings, and discipling younger students. I love meeting new people, going for long runs (or playing any sport, for that matter!), being outside, playing music, and just in general – staying busy! Feel free to reach out on Terplink if you want to chat or have any questions 🙂

Pastor Jeff Warner

I have a passion for helping people.  For nearly four decades serving and supporting people is part of my DNA.  The energy and zeal of college students continues to inspire and motivate me.

Dawn (my wife) and I have been married for over 34 years.  We have four adult children and two amazing daughter-in-laws.  All of which share our heart for serving others.

I am passionate about helping people encounter Jesus. My door is always open and I’m here to serve you.

MCFstudents is run by University of Maryland students (& assisted by volunteers) who contribute to share the hope of Jesus at UMD.
